BOSSIT Start-up Navigator™ ("the Tool") is a business start-up planning and guidance tool provided by BOSSIT ("we", "us", "our"). The Tool is designed to help small business owners in New Zealand work through the key steps of starting a business.
The Tool provides general information only. It does not provide personalised financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You should always consult a qualified professional before making business decisions.
This Tool uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide suggestions, generate content, and assist with business planning. AI-generated outputs are for guidance only and should be independently verified before being relied upon.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Your data entered into this Tool is never used to train AI models. AI processing occurs in isolated sessions and your inputs are not retained by AI providers.
To use the Tool, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Access is granted on an invitation or subscription basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at any time.
All guidance, recommendations, suggestions, and AI-generated content provided by the Tool are for general informational purposes only. Outputs are only as good as the data entered by the user. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output.
The Tool should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, legal, or business decision.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.
All intellectual property in the Tool — including but not limited to design, code, branding, content, and methodology — is owned by BOSSIT or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Tool.
Any data you enter remains your property. By using the Tool, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
This Tool is built using the Lovable platform and hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. By using this Tool, you acknowledge that your data is processed and stored using these third-party services, which maintain their own security and privacy standards.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, are using the Tool inappropriately, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to access the Tool ceases immediately. We may retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If applicable, subscription or access fees are as communicated at the time of sign-up or invitation. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or where access has been suspended due to a breach of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
All content, tools, methodologies, course materials, AI-generated outputs, templates, and software comprising this product are the intellectual property of Bossit Limited and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright law.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account and legal action under the Copyright Act 1994 (NZ).
The name Start-up Navigator™ is a pending trademark of Bossit Limited in New Zealand. Unauthorised use of this name or any confusingly similar name is prohibited.
